Every KALAKARI order is handpacked with care before it leaves. Because our pieces are made to order in small batches, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is dispatched.

US customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed upon delivery. KALAKARI is not responsible for delays caused by US customs processing.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your Canada Post or Purolator tracking number within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Handcrafted items that require finishing before dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days — we will let you know if this applies to your order.
