Returns & Exchanges

If something is not quite right — the size, the fit, a change of heart — we will make it easy to return or exchange. We have a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
How to Return
- Email hello@kalakari.site with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid Canada Post return label.
- Pack your item securely (original packaging preferred), attach the label, and drop it at any Canada Post outlet.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 3–5 business days of it arriving back), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability. Follow the same steps above and mention in your email that you would like an exchange. We will hold the replacement item while your return is in transit.
Exceptions — Final Sale Items
- Items marked Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customised or monogrammed pieces are made specifically for you and are non-returnable.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in CAD to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we issue the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
